Just a quick note for merkwuerden: frankfurt seems to be in the top 10 of cities ranked by quality of living. Cool, eh? Now what about “se great rhein-neckar metropolis Ludwigshafen?”

I really enjoy live here in frankfurt, as for the metric used in that “study”. I shudder at the thought of determining quality of live in a city by the price of a glass of Heineken beer. Next year it will be Stella Artois… By the way if we can trust statistics: Frankfurt is one the most dangerous cities to life in in Germany. That is however skewed by the fact that customs and excise violations at the airport and credit card fraud are counted in. The joy of being in a financial hub….
Regarding Ludwigshafen: I should pay you a visit soon and get some more hands on experience. The trip to the Aniline guys in summer 2004 only provided for little time in the city…
